Thank you for buying BTSLock products, to protect your legal rights and interests,Shenzhen Best Lock Electronic Technology Co.,Limited(hereinafter referred to as: BTSLock )make the following warranty and service commitments:
• The product(s) are returned to Company within the warranty period
• Provided that on BTSLock’s inspection of returned products that the defect is not a result of accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, water damage, lightning damage, voltage surge damage or other improper use.
1.Shipping: The hardware product must be couriered to and from the BTSLock office and the shipping cost must be pre paid and is not the responsibility of BTSLock.
2.For the non-human factors of product quality issues, we offer 2-year warranty services for electromagnetic lock; 2-year warranty for access control panel, electric bolt and electric strike; 1 year warranty for exit button, bracket, and power supply. The customers should take charge of the material and the maintain fees if the product damaged under other conditions.
3.Remarks:
• BTSLock electronic liability is limited to repair, replacement of defective products or product components.
• Freight and maintenance costs are at the user’s cost in the maintenance period.
• Maintenance lead time is 7 days after receiving maintenance request.
